      ② Payment process: Enter your card number, expiry date, security code (CVV) and billing address securely on the checkout page. The payment will be processed in real time.

      ③ Security: We use industry-leading payment gateways to process transactions. Your sensitive payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment service provider, not stored on our servers, ensuring the highest level of security.

      2、PayPal:

      ① Convenience: Use your existing PayPal account to pay quickly without having to enter your card number twice.

      ② Security: Enjoy the buyer protection policy provided by PayPal.

      ③ Process: After selecting PayPal payment, you will be securely redirected to the PayPal official website to log in and confirm the payment.

1、 International shipping 

We are pleased to deliver our products to many countries and regions around the world.

  1. Distribution area:

We currently ship to the following countries: the United States, Canada, The United Kingdom, European Union countries, Australia, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Russia, the Middle East, South America and so on.

Please confirm that your delivery address is within the delivery range before placing an order. If it is outside the delivery range, please contact our customer service staff for confirmation first.

  1. Logistics partners:

We cooperate with internationally renowned logistics service providers (such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, EMS, ePacket, etc.) to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your package. Depending on the destination and your choice, the order may be carried by different logistics providers.

  1. Delivery time :

Processing time: After the order is paid successfully, it usually takes us 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) to review the order, pick up the goods, pack and prepare for delivery.

Transportation time: The international transportation time varies depending on the destination country/region, the selected logistics mode and the customs clearance speed. The following is the estimated time (from the time the package leaves the warehouse):

Standard delivery: usually 10-25 working days.

Express delivery (e.g. DHL/FedEx/UPS): Usually 3-10 business days (faster, but usually more expensive).

Please note: The above time limit is for reference only and does not include order processing time. Customs clearance delays, holiday peaks, extreme weather, remote areas or force majeure may cause delivery time to be extended, which is beyond our control. You can check the latest logistics status through order tracking.

  1. Shipping cost:

The freight is automatically calculated according to the weight/volume of the package, the destination and the logistics service (standard/express) you choose.

In the process of settlement, after you enter the delivery address, the system will display the freight amount in real time. At the same time, for some goods and some regions, we will give you the discount of free freight or free freight if the purchase amount reaches a certain amount at one time. Please refer to the product price description for details.

  1. Order Tracking :

Once your package is shipped, we will send you a shipping notice containing the tracking number (Tracking Number) by email. You can check the real-time status of your shipment through the carrier’s official website (such as DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.) or our website order tracking.

  • Customs and Excise :

Important note: International packages usually need to go through customs clearance when entering your country.

Taxes and Duties: According to the laws and regulations of your country/region, the buyer may be required to pay import duties, value added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST) or other customs duties. These fees are the legal obligation of the consignee, and we cannot be responsible for any customs duties or estimate them before the sale.

Payment method: Taxes are usually collected by the logistics company (such as DHL, FedEx) when the package is delivered to you, or you may need to pay online to customs before it can be released.

Declaration value: We will truthfully declare the contents and value of the package according to law (usually the amount paid for the order).

If the goods are directly shipped from our company’s warehouse in the customer’s country, our company will bear the relevant tariff fees. Whether the customer needs to pay the import duties and taxes depends on the policies of the country where the customer is located.

  • Delivery precautions:

Address accuracy: Please provide complete and accurate English delivery address (including postcode, telephone number). Incorrect or incomplete address may cause delivery delay or failure, and the buyer shall bear any additional costs or losses incurred.

Unable to deliver: If the package is returned due to incorrect address, the recipient cannot be contacted, refusal or failure to pay customs duties, etc., we will deduct the actual freight (including round-trip freight) and handling fee for you to process a refund (if applicable), or you need to bear the additional freight to re-deliver.

Delivery delay: As mentioned above, international transportation may be delayed due to various factors. Please pay attention to your logistics tracking information. If the package does not arrive after the estimated maximum time limit + buffer period (such as 15 days), please contact our customer service for assistance.
